called 5 times in one morning Very Rude yelling on the phone

I placed an order with Fotoconnection and right after saw they had very bad reviews-I called the next Morning to cancel my order-More than 5 times until finally got to talk to the Person who was "ASSIGNT" to my oder#- ?
I called my CCCompany to ,to make sure they didn't charge me jet. they told me ok- mam your order is cancelled after about 2 hours on the phone ,People hung up on me more than 6 Times and when I called back to asked for an cancellation Confermation per@ the Guy started Yeling at me on the phone like a crazy maniac!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THOSE GUYS!!
