Double Charged and didn't even get everything!

Ordered a Rebel Xti camera package. Received a "kiss" camera instead. This is the Japanese version. No way! Sent camera back and got a Rebel from them, but they hit our credit card again!
Also returned a flash that was not compatible with the camera. Never got a refund for the flash!
After months of arguing via telephone we had our credit card company get some of our money back.
these people are the rudest on the phone and use extremely vulger language!
Save your money and spend it elsewhere. You will not get a deal with this company. Nothing but a headache!
