I was sold a used broken camera advertized as new. When I called to report the broken camera they lied to me and told me FUJI would replace it. Then sent me a repair form and told me to mail the camera to FUJI. Fuji told me I was scammed by this internet company. Do not buy anything from them. I am reporting them to the Better Business B. They need to be put out of business for their unethical practices and misrepresenting their products. I now have a broken camera that I have to replace. They will not replace anything after 10 days !!!!

Fotoconnection did the same to me.....sold a refurbished laptop advertised as new....and even charged me more. They hung up the phone everytime.......or just not answer the phone at all!!! I had to contact my credit card and start a dispute! I hope one day the people who run this place end up in jail!!!
