FotoConnection complaint by Scammed by fotoconnection

I was scammed by fotoconnection.com. I ordered the casio digital camera from them because of the lowest price. However they charged me $80 more than the actual web price. Then I requested to cancel it, but they said they could not because the merchandise was shipped. (At this moment, they have not sent yet because they have not confirmed my payment from bank.) I called the bank to stop payment, but it was too late to do.

They are fraud. I don't understand why they've never been arrested so far. All I can do to terminate them is to stand up with other pissed customers.
