After ordering a Canon 5D online I received an email stating I would have to call to verify the order. As a photographer with the same camera, I own all of the extras I need. After finally speaking with my agent and not ok'ing any extras he said my wife was on the other line and she was already confirming the order and hung up. After talking to my wife she didn't call and didn't rec a call from them either. Called back, they told me another lie that I bought a plastic body, The 5d only comes in magnesium bodies, they immediately said they were going to cancel the order.
