I ordered a
Panasonic Lumix ZS1K camera - from FOTO CONNECTION - with extra
lithium batteries (it was a"buy 1 get 1" summer offer for the batteries) so I expected 2 units of batteries. But they shipped me 2 wrong batteries and they wanted me to ship them back at my own expense.It was their fault that I received the wrong ones, so why will I be penalized by paying for the shipment cost.The least this company could do is to sent me a box with pre-paid
shipping.A Manager from the company named Josh said that I should pay for mailing it back to them.
