I ordered a wrist strap for my
digital camera from
FotoConnection. In the picture, you could see the stitching in the strap so you naturally thought it was leather or at the very least vinyl and it had a metal ring to attach to your camera. When my package arrived, I had received a green and a pink cloth flimsy wriststrap that you could go purchase for about 39 cents. I immediately called them and after I waited on hold for a good 30 minutes, I spoke with a very, very rude
young man. He told me it would cost me more in shipping to return the order than to keep it. He said he pulled it up on their website and it did not say anywhere that it would be leather. He said he would email me an
RMA number in an hour or two. Yeah, right! This company should be put out of business and I intend to contact the BBB in their state also.
