WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

FotoConnection complaint
FYI - Fotoconnection has the worst customer service EVER! I placed the order for my camera on Mar 4th, I called them on 3/10 to check on the status of my order to see if they sent it out yet. They told me the camera just came and will send it out to me with a rude attitude. The next morning I received an email saying that I need an alternate shipping address on my credit card. From my past experience, the company should have already verified all the information or if I need additional information they should have notified me the same week. Well today I called them to cancel my order, it's not because they have some delays, it's because everytime I call customer service, they seem so careless. Today, they keep putting me on hold. They pick up and said hold on with NO MANNERS not even speaking directly on the phone 5 times, and hung up. When I was finally able to speak with them to cancel my order they didn't say anything. No, sorry for any inconvenience or why I want to cancel the order, they just hung up. I would like to share this with you, if you like this type of customer service, do go ahead and order their ***!
