Not resolved

Made my order on 1/2/08. Got a email to call back.

Tried to sell me warranty. I declined lowered several time still I declined. After he found he would not sell warranty for the TV he decided I needed to purchase a stand for my TV ($150) since I did not plan to purchase there mounting attachment. When I said I would cancel he left the phone for a sec and came back saying his manager would through it in at no cost.

Its now 15days later and it is still in processing. I sit and sit on hold trying to find a status. Finally, get a person with the worst attitude to tell me its on back order another 5 days. Good thing my credit card has not been charged.

Trying to get this cancelled is even more trouble.

This place gets the WORST company ever award.

Monetary Loss: $1399.
